Returns and Exchanges

We offer FREE returns and exchanges - If your shoes are unsuitable or just not quite what you expected, please fill in the form below within 10 days of purchase to qualify for a return or exchange.

Please note: Sale items are NOT eligible for returns.

A delivery fee will be charged on all sales items.

- We will pay the courier fee to get your shoes to our warehouse in Cape Town.

- If you want a refund we will only charge you a delivery fee one way - R100

- If you want to exchange we will charge you a delivery fee both ways -R170

Gift Cards/Store Credits: Gift cards and Store Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

- Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and undamaged. If the packaging has been damaged due to negligence, R100 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of replacing the items packaging.
