PLEASE NOTE: Proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty, return or exchange.

holster strives to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t right or you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is:

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels, swingtags and stickers still attached;
  • it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;
  • Return must be logged within 30 days of delivery to you or collection by you. After 30 days you can only return a product if it is defective within warranty.
  • No returns/exchanges or refunds are given on FINAL SALE ITEMS.

 

Please note: All returns and exchanges are for the customers account at a rate of R70.00 for a return & R140.00 for an exchange anywhere in South Africa.

Holster Stylist Return & Exchanges – All refunds made to stylists will be on order total minus commission paid. Standard return policy applies. If a stylist would prefer store credit, total order value will be given.

WARRANTY:

Holster warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of six (6) months.

The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from holster or the authorised retailer. For any warranty claims, the original proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty claims.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
