PLEASE NOTE: Proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issues.
holster warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 6 months.
Shoes or clothing that are found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced, credited or refunded.
We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have assessed the product and validated your return, we will provide your replacement, credit or refund.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear.
holster strives to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t right or you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is:
- it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels, swingtags and stickers still attached;
- it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
- it is not missing any accessories or parts;
- Return logged within 30 days of delivery to you or collection by you. After 30 days you can only return a product if it is defective within 6 months from delivery to or collection by you.
holster will arrange for collection and delivery however the cost will be for the customers account.
Please note: No returns/exchanges or refunds are given on FINAL SALE ITEMS.
Stylist Return – All refunds made to stylists will be on order total minus commission paid to stylist. Standard return policy applies. If a stylist would prefer store credit, total order value will be given.
If you believe that your shoes are faulty or an incorrect size or style was delivered, please contact holster 031 5731460. If the fault was internal we will cover the cost for collection and delivery however if you selected the incorrect size or style transport costs will be for the customer’s account at a rate of R120.00 return (two-way) anywhere in South Africa or R70 one way return.
Please note there is no return or exchange on sale items.
Shoes that are damaged outside of the warranty period may be sent to our head office for repairs.
holster offer repairs free of charge as a value added service. We will also arrange for collection and delivery with our courier partner, as we receive preferential rates, however transport costs will be for the customer’s account at a rate of R120.00 return anywhere in South Africa.

A holster team member will assess the images and advise whether a repair is possible.
